Digital products
All Household Reset products are digital downloads delivered instantly via email. Because our products are digital files that can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Problems with your download
If you experience any technical issues downloading or opening your product please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your product.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a refund for the duplicate purchase.
